A cosy holiday stay by the sea.

This cosy guest house has everything you need.

Walk to the end of the street and you're in the shopping centre. Walk the other way and you're at the beach in 2 minutes. A private parking spot is fully reserved for you on a private lot about 100 metres away, so you don't have to worry about parking fees or finding a space.

Towels are ready in the bathroom and bedding is taken care of.

The snug living room has a sofa, dining table for 2, a TV, and books and magazines in Dutch.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and towels.

The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner gas stove, a roomy fridge with 2 freezer compartments, a Nespresso with capsules, sugar and milk, an oven/microwave, dishware, a dishwasher and basic spices.

Upstairs there's a worktop/vanity, storage for clothes and a hanging section.

Bedroom with an Auping double bed 180/200 with bedding. Bedside tables with lamps.

Everything in and around the fridge — bars, cup-a-soup, spreads for bread — is there for you to enjoy.

Outside, behind the firewood, you'll find 2 beach beds you can use during your stay.

The garden belongs to me, the owner of the holiday home and the main house. You're welcome to use it — for the BBQ or the hammock — just check in with us first. In the exterior photos you'll also see a small courtyard. That's always for the guests: bring out chairs from the house, and smoking is allowed there.

Let us know towards your departure day whether there's another booking that day. If not, departure and parking times are more flexible.

The entrance to the holiday cottage is on the side road. My address is Schoolstraat 32, but the cottage has its own entrance.

Photos, the door number, parking instructions and the lockbox code are sent to you a few days before arrival.

Noordwijk has a lovely town centre with plenty of restaurants and shops, all a 2-minute walk away.

There's a fantastic bakery on the corner, and the beach and boulevard are 2 minutes on foot.
